The Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and highly motivated person to join our Product Marketing team. In this role, you will lead the product’s go-to-market strategy and execution from beginning to end. You will drive the go-to-market strategy and plans for our core products such as formation services, the EZwall Printing mobile app, small business coaching, and community building, and more. Our vision is to create a single platform to help small businesses of all stripes to launch, run and grow, to unleash their potential for success.

As a member of the Product Marketing team, you’ll develop insightful go-to-market strategies and plans, and drive product positioning and messaging, naming, packaging, and pricing. Plus, you’ll have a strong voice in defining the customer experience at various touchpoints. You will drive marketing research and engage in customer dialogs to identify insights that augment product launches and help shape future products. You will leverage the Web, Email, Sales, Mobile App, and Social channels to drive user adoption. This role will partner closely with the Product Management team and work cross-functionally with teams such as Brand Marketing, Customer Success, and Data.

This position will report to the VP of Marketing and is a remote role.

 Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plans with the objective to drive attach/upgrade revenue.   
  • Bring insights - dive into the product, talk to the customers, conduct market research.
  • Develop product value prop and positioning. Craft compelling product messaging. This includes copywriting for landing pages, cross-sell pages, emails, and more. 
  • Own and lead the customer purchase and onboarding experiences. 
  • You will drive marketing research and engage in customer dialogs to identify insights to augment the launch and help shape future products.
  • You will define, develop and drive marketing initiatives to optimize customer lifetime value (LTV) across Web, Email, Sales, Dashboard, and SMS.
  • Join forces with fellow Marketers to amplify your go-to-market programs. Define success metrics and own the outcome of your product launches. 
  • ​Apply test-learn-iterate technique often.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of product launches. 
  • Passion for the customer, with care and attention to the user’s end-to-end experience. 
  • Solid data interpretation skills, comfortable using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience with crafting compelling messages for the target audience.
  • High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability.
  • A high degree of self-starting initiative and organization.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience targeting small businesses or consumers.

Bonus Qualifications

  • macOS and G-Workspace knowledge is a plus! 

This role is an hourly position and the compensation range is $18.00-$24.00 per hour based on a full-time schedule. The hourly rate will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. In this position, there is the potential to earn more with an annual bonus plan that is up to 25% of your annual base earnings.
